These encompass a diverse range of elements, from Tax Incentive Financing and Historic Tax Credits to New Markets Tax Credits.

Our commitment to adaptive reuse extends to the affordable housing sector, where we've taken the lead as financial partners in transformative projects. Notably, we converted a 180-unit hotel into a multifamily dwelling and revitalized and occupied more than 700 units across Ohio.

Wynn Developers' achievements span multiple fronts, including the development of residential subdivisions and commercial properties. Among them, a sprawling 2.1 million square foot office, assembly, and warehouse business park spanning 200 acres in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, stands as a testament to our capabilities. This remarkable park has been home to esteemed entities like Siemens, Okidata, Marsam Pharmaceuticals, Elkin Sinn, and the Commerce Bank/TD Bank Corporate headquarters.
